Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at CNS Watch Bands.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please take a moment to review our return policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

All orders can be cancelled upon request BEFORE shipping. We try to ship orders as soon as possible, so it is important to contact us immediately if you would like to request a cancellation. Please use the subject line WRONG ORDER #XXXXXX (where the xxxxxx is replaced with your personal order number) to contact us before shipment with a cancellation request. If you do not use this subject line we cannot promise that we will receive your cancellation request before shipping. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has left our shop.

For items that you have received and wish to exchange or return for refund, the following applies.

To receive a refund, we require you to ship the returning items back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order. Since shipping times can sometimes be delayed, we honor the shipment date listed on your return package when we receive it.
For items that you wish to exchange, we can accept your return up to 3 months after you receive the item(s)
For returns of 5 items or more, you will automatically receive store credit, regardless of reason for return.

To ensure that your return process goes smoothly, we require the following:

The returning items must be unused and unmounted without damage, except for when you are returning a defective or damaged item for refund or exchange, in which case the damage or defective should be declared through a note included within the package.
Included within or on the package, we require your order number and name
Include your requested compensation, being either refund, store credit, or give us a list of the items you wish to have in exchange for your return items. If this information is not included we will automatically issue either store credit or a refund, based on the size and age of your return.

Without the previously stated requirements, we cannot guarantee that your return will be properly received and processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

The following goods cannot be returned:
Items from orders over 3 months old
Used items that are not defective or received damage after use
Sale and Clearance items, which are all final sale

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation from us once your item(s) are received and processed. For refund, it will take a few business days for the returning amount to appear back into your payment account.

If you live outside the European Union, It is very important that you declare the package as a return and put the declaration value to $0 (zero). Otherwise, the package can possibly experience heavy delays through customs, or refusal. An additional customs fee might also apply, of which the minimum of 35 USD will be added to your return, which will be needed to be paid before we can receive your package.

You as the customer are responsible for the risk and cost of returning the items back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
