Hi and welcome to CNSwatchbands.com!

My name is Sofie and I’m a watch enthusiast, well, ”nerd” maybe a better word to describe my relationship with watches. I got my interest in watches from my grandfather. He was a watchmaker and collector, and introduced me to this world at a very early age. In 2012 I started selling watch bands and nylon straps under the name of CheapestN_ _ _Straps but I renamed the store to CNS and Watch Bands in September 2022.

Before my watch strap journey I was a manager of a mens wear shop. There I quickly realised that watch bands is the perfect accessory. Here is why: It’s an excellent and quick way to match the watch you are wearing with all kinds of outfits. And it´s an easy way to completely change the look of your watch.

After a couple of years I decided to expand my range and in 2015 I started selling watchbands from some European strap makers. However, I was missing the possibility to design my own watchbands, so I started looking for someone that could produce my designs. In early 2016 I finally met a small tannery who works mostly with leather from fallow deer. We spent months experimenting with different kinds of leather tanning and at last we found, what I think is the perfect leather and tanning for watchbands, and together we founded Kvarnsjö Leather.

My goal with CNS and Watch Bands is to offer the largest selection of nylon straps, Zulu straps, Perlon straps and regular watch bands at the best prices.

Here are some of the most frequent asked questions:

 

The "20% off when you buy 5 straps or more" does not appear automatically in the shopping cart, whats wrong?
The setup is changed regarding the bulk discount. The bulk discount will be applied automatically to your order at checkout if eligible. You will see before payment that the individual prices of each item has been reduced, if the discount was applied. Please keep in mind that only full price watch bands are eligible for the bulk discount, not sale or clearance items.

 

I have changed my mind! I want to cancel my order/change strap color or size/ add a strap or remove one. What do I do?
Given that we always try to send orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes for you, or cancel your item, so it is very important to be sure of your order before placing it. We can of course try to help when we can! Send us an email as soon as possible to hello@cnswatchbands.com, with the subject title "WRONG ORDER #XXXXXX" in which the XXXXXX is your order number. As soon as we get it we will update your order with the new information. Remember the subject title, if it’s not the right one we can’t guarantee that the change will be done in time for your order to be shipped.

 

Does my shipment have a tracking number?
The shipping options we offer with DHL Express Shipping and Fedex are traceable and also the option Shipping with tracking that is sent with local mail and dispatched through Deutsche post.
The shipping option Free shipping and International shipping is not trackable but we can for most cases follow the package through borders.


Do you ship to the whole world?
Yes, we do! With the exception to Russia because of import problems.


Where do you ship from / where are you located?
CNS Watch Bands is located in Stockholm Sweden, and that is where we ship orders from.


What will the shipping cost be?
Shipping cost is calculated in check out after your shipping address is entered.

Note that shipments can be delayed due to holidays and local customs administration, and delivery estimates do not include processing, which is usually one business day but can be longer when we have a big order load.
Shipping cost will depend on the shipment service choosed at checkout. down below we have listed all our different shipment services.

 

Free Shipping by Local mail (Not trackable):

  • Shipping on orders over $35 is free to all countries except those listed below.
  • Shipping on orders under $35 to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and USA is $9.95
  • Shipping on orders under $35 to all other countries except thoes listed below is $5.95.
  • The shipment is dispatched with Deutsche Post and handled by the local postal service in the destination country.
  • Delivery time depends on how fast the customs and local postal network in your country are, and can be affected by seasonal delays. Please contact Deutsche Post or your local mail service to estimate the delivery time.
  • Shipments will be delivered to the recipient's mailbox.
  • The shipment is not trackable but you can for most cases follow the package through borders. Please check Deutsche Posts website and your local mail tracking service website.

  • Shipments will be delivered as registered mail and require a signature upon delivery.

  • This shipping option is only available to the USA and Canada at the moment.


 

What about taxes?
All prices are shown in USD On purchase within the EU sales tax is included in the price, the tax rate varies depending on the destination country.
Orders from other locations in the world are not subject to included VAT, but customs and administration fees may be incurred upon importation. We do not control these charges and they are based on your local customs regulations.

 

When will my straps arrive?
Your order is shipped from Stockholm in Sweden with DHL, Fedex or Deutsche Post. Delivery time with local mail often depends on how fast the customs and local postal network in your country are. You can read about transit times and track shipments sent by local mail on the Deutsche Post website, and once your order has crossed the border of your country you can track your order on your local postal website. If your order is sent with DHL Express or Fedex you can read about their transit times and track your order here DHL Express transit times, and here Fedex Economy transit times. My shipment hasn't arrived yet. Why is that?
We always try to ship your order within 1 business day from the day the order is made. When the order is shipped you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email and your order will be in the hands of DHL, Fedex or Deutsche post and later the local postal service in your country. When your order reaches its destination depends a lot on the infrastructure available where you live. If your order is sent with DHL Express or Fedex you can read about their transit ties here DHL Express transit times, and here Fedex Economy transit times. You can read about transit times and track shipments sent by local mail on the Deutsche Post website, and once your order has crossed the border of your country you can track your order on your local postal website.

Our job is to sell watch straps, not controlling the postal service worldwide. We can’t control transit times and we ask for your patience and understanding when a shipment is delayed.

I'm looking for a watch band that is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
We restock our store every couple of weeks. Use the "Notify me"-button inside the product page to get an automatic email whenever the strap of your desire is back in stock.

 

I ’m interested in becoming a retailer of your watch bands. Do you have a discount for that?
Wow, that’s great news! We are already working with several watch brands, websites and stores around the world, but we are always on the lookout for new dealers. Please check the wholesale tab in the footer.

 

You guys are SO much cheaper than the rest of them. What is the quality of the straps?
We only want happy customers, so we only offer the highest quality straps there are. Since we have our own manufacturing we’re able to keep the prices low without compromising on quality.

 

Can I return or exchange my product?
If you would like to return a strap or the whole order note that the products must be unused and unmounted and shipped back to us within 30 days from the day the order was placed. When we receive your returned order we will notify you and give you a refund the same day. Returns of 5 or more items will automatically be issued store credit once return items are received. Send an email to hello@cnswatchbands.com and I will give you all the necessary information!
Straps that have been mounted on a watch is considered to be used.

 

Will you notify me when my straps are sent?
You will always receive a confirmation email when your straps are sent.

 

I can't see the shipping fee when I order, is it included?
Shipping fee will be added in the check out. If your order is over $35, we offer free shipping.

 

What ways are there to pay for my straps?
We offer Stripe and PayPal as payment solutions because it is fast and safe for both you and me. Best of all, you don’t even need to register.
